Our trainers combine functional movement science, progressive overload principles, and motivational coaching to create programmes that deliver real, measurable results — while keeping you energised and injury-free.

Every eight weeks we conduct a full reassessment, refine your programme based on your progress, and adjust goals so you are always moving forward.

Do I need any prior fitness experience?

Absolutely not. Our trainers work with complete beginners as enthusiastically as with experienced athletes. Your starting point does not matter — your destination does.

How many sessions per week is recommended?

For most goals, 2–3 personal training sessions per week paired with independent activity produces excellent results. Your trainer will recommend a frequency based on your specific programme and recovery capacity.

Can I train if I have an injury or medical condition?

Yes, in many cases. We have specialist rehabilitation trainers and always request medical clearance where appropriate. Safety is paramount, and programmes are adapted accordingly.

Will I get nutrition advice as part of training?

General nutritional guidance is woven into every programme. For detailed dietary planning, we can also arrange sessions with our in-house registered sports dietitian.
